We are booked to play at the Gower Beer Festival at the Kings Head on November 27th. This is the second annual beer festival at the Kings Head and takes place on the 25th-27th November 2011. It will include plenty of real ales, real ciders, local produce and live music. Check with the band for confirmation of the start time.
ur next outing is on Saturday afternoon at Mumbles Cricket Club in Plunch lane. Kick off 3.00pm. It marks the end of a Macmillan charity walk around Gower.
We did our usual Bank Holiday gig at the Kings Head, but we took our PA and lead the event with other musicians joining us during the evening.
The band are playing at The Commercial Inn, Killay on 16th of July. Kick off around 8.30.
The band are playing at Uplands Rugby Club in Upper Killay on Saturday 9th July. It is a charity gig: the Rugby Club are holding a family day out to raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Charity.
Start time is 4pm and it goes on until late, all are welcome. Tickets are £5 per person, £3 per child or £15 family of four (in advance or on the door). There will be an acution with guest auctioneer, Kevin Johns.
Food and reasonably priced drinks available.

Played on the Terrace at Cinderella's, Mumbles Pier last Friday for shelley and Bunner's wedding party. I reckon its the first time in about 23 years that I'd even been in the place. Brought back a few memories..... some of them good! not much seemed to have changed there, other than the Pastie hatch having grown a little and the cans bar having disappeared. the toilets still smell the same.... not so good, and the records behind the DJ's stand, once the dust had been knocked out of the grooves, sounded pretty much as they were a quater of a century ago! Maybe good maybe not?!
Continuing the Killay groove, we have recently discovered a new and remarkably entertaining open mic. in the Black boy, Killay. We've played a couple of times, though most recently without Fin Gamering, our bassman who was recovering in the sunshine.
Unlike at many true open mic.s, there have yet to be any poor acts and some of the music there has been outstanding...Again, could be a regular.

Not directly Band related, though could become a venue soon, once granted license... The cafe in Killay precinct, "Round The Square", After months of hard slog, is finally pretty much there. Took on all comers and emerged victorious after a pretty entertaining afternoon at County Hall with planning consent for change of use in April, and should be opening sometime later this week!! Hoorah. Hope to C U all there.!
We are supporting Tremblin’ Knees at the Village Inn, Killay on Sunday afternoon 29th May. Start time 4.00pm. This is a fund-raising event for Maggie's Cancer Charity, and will include an auction with a special memorabilia piece being donated by Terry Williams. Terry will be signing autographs at the event.
The band are playing on Easter Sunday in the Kings Head Llangennith, at 4:00 pm.
We are playing Easter Saturday afternoon the 23rd April at the Railway Inn, Killay start time 2.00pm. Outside, weather permitting.
